After losing his wife, this client wanted to downsize and move from his longtime Irvine home, to an updated beach-inspired condo on the coast. When we couldn’t find exactly what he was looking for, we decided to create it ourselves. We purchased a 2-bedroom condo in the seaside community of Faire Harbour in San Clemente, and together we designed an open-concept space with designer kitchen and magazine-worthy office space, after which we decorated from top to bottom. Within a matter of months, his ocean-view beach-cottage dream became a reality. We finished with an open house to meet his neighbors and welcome him to the neighborhood!
